Japanese Gastronomy


A standard Japanese meal always are consisted of a cup of Japanese rice (gohan) and shushoku, and accompanying tsukemono (pickling), was a cup of soup and a variety of dishes okazu as fish, meat, vegetables, etc..



ichijū-sansai is considered a traditional food. Raw fish and white rice are cooked in old the traditional food.



The Osechi, the Botamochi,the Sekihan and the soba are cooked in special occasions.






 

The shō-yu,the miso and the dashi are used like condiments in all the food.







The noodles and the sushi are eaten a lot in Japan. The Calfornia roll is made like sushi.




The Candies and desserts are bought and consumed by Japanese. The Pockys are consumed by the young Japanese.
 



 
The sake and the umeshu are considered like alcoholic drinks.




The tea is drunk with frequency.
